Our return policy
All defective or damaged rugs may be returned at our expense.
All "courtesy" returns - rugs returned at the customer's request, for any reason
other than defective or damaged, must be returned unused within 48 hours of receipt.
Immediately notify us by email of your intent to return or exchange your purchase.
We will reply with shipping address for you to ship the rug back to our distributor.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges involved with returning your order
to us. Your credit card will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the
returned rug for the full purchase price, excluding all shipping costs.
WITH THIS EXCEPTION:
On all rugs returned for refund there will be a 15% restocking fee, this is what we are
charged.
We will not charge a restocking
fee for rugs returned for exchanges.
Our discount pricing leaves us no alternative, and we appreciate your understanding.
